I have created this webpage to help you locate REO property.  It is a lot of work, and takes a lot of time. All I ask, is contact me so I can help you view the properties. My services do not cost you money.  My fee is paid by the seller through commission set a side for the buyer's agent. The listing agent represents the seller.  The buyer's agent represents the buyer.  Be represented by me as your agent, not by the seller's agent.
